Is calling through ‘just4laughs’ legal ?
There is nothing illegal about initiating a pre-recorded message to a phone number of your choice in compliance with our Terms of Service. However, as with any telecommunications service, it is illegal and a violation of our Terms of Service to use just4laughs’s services for the purpose of defrauding, harassing, or harming anyone, or to wrongly obtain anything of value. Users are also strictly prohibited from using just4laughs to call emergency lines, health care facilities, government agencies, employees or officials, law enforcement, schools, numbers assigned to radio common carrier services, or any service for which the called party is charged for the call. just4laughs uses the utmost caution in crafting pre-recorded messages that are funny yet benign. Just4laughs provides voice frequency changing which any person can do naturally by modulating their vocal cord. People mimic cartoons, actors, famous personalities to pull pranks at their friends and loved ones. There is nothing illegal in calling someone with changed voice for fun. However, as with any telecommunications service, it is illegal and a violation of our Terms of Service to use just4laughs’s services for the purpose of defrauding, harassing, or harming anyone, or to wrongly obtain anything of value. What about recording calls ?
Some states permit recording with the consent of one of the parties, while other states require the consent of all parties. If you initiate a call through just4laughs, then you are a party to that call and must remain on the line through the entire call. You, as a party to the call, consent to the recording of that call. just4laughs can record telephone calls in those states which only require the consent of one party. However, the following states require the consent of all parties and it is a violation of just4laughs's Terms of Service to record calls in such states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Washington.

Just4laughs allows Caller ID spoofing. Is that legal ?
The Federal Communications Commission regulations implementing the Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009 prohibit the transmission of misleading or inaccurate Caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value. just4laughs, in particular, sends pre-recorded messages to recipients and has 100% creative control as to the content of these messages. just4laughs does not intend to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value through these calls. Users are strictly prohibited from using the just4laughs services with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value and doing so is a violation of just4laughs’s Terms of Service.
What about sharing recordings on social networks ?
As discussed in the just4laughs’s Terms of Service, by posting any recordings on just4laughs website (www.just4laughs.co) or any other forum, you represent that you have the right to post that recording and you release and indemnify just4laughs for any claims regarding that posting.
